IndiCAD: Computer Assisted Design for Industrial Process

 

IndiCAD is dedicated to provide a complete process simulations consultancy package for industrial process. IndiCAD team members have expertise in high performance computing (HPC) using Density Functional Theory (DFT) tools like VASP, DMol3, GPAW, Dacapo and Quantum Espresso, as well as molecular dynamics software Forcite, LAMMPS, GROMACS and NAMD. IndiCAD team are experienced in different computational platform like Material Studio, MedeA and ASE. In total, IndiCAD team have published more than 25 scientific articles in reputed international journals, along with several book chapters, newsletters and conference proceedings, using DMol3, Forcite and CASTEP modules provided in Biovia Material Studio.

Recently, IndiCAD team members organized tutorials for Material Studio DMol3 software at the ASM 2019 conference on “Advanced Simulation Methods: DFT, MD and Beyond”, organized by IIT Delhi, with BIOVIA as a partner. IndiCAD team members regularly conduct tutorials and workshop for students of various department of IIT Delhi, in courses conducted by Prof. M. Ali Haider. In addition, we have successfully floated a course on “Molecular Modelling Using Vienna Ab-Initio Simulation Package (VASP)” at IIT Delhi. The course was well received by over 20 students and 3 Professors from the different departments of the institute.
